#11 Frightening In Katy's soccer tournament she was 1 of the 5 picked to kick a penalty kick to determine the championship. It was SO frightening to watch, I knew how nervous she was. In the end, her shot was blocked, and her team lost 2-1, a heartbreaker!
#25 25 On December 25th of every year, the first thing I do is take a picture of the girls before they come downstairs to see what Santa brought - you can feel the excitement!

#17 Turkey One of my husband's specialties - fried turkey! He injected it with creole garlic, deep fried in peanut oil and it was his best ever! Just looking at this picture makes my mouth water!!

Too warm for Christmas Day! So warm that some wore shorts, the windows in the house were open, and the kids played outside with no need for a coat!

In our house every year we play the 'pickle game'. After the tree has been decorated, Mom & Dad hide the pickle ornament somewhere in the tree and the first child to find it gets a special prize. It's something my girls look forward to every year!
